1. Who can be an Election Inspector?

Qualifications:

• Certified by the Wayne County Board of Elections as an Election Inspector after attending an official NYS Inspector Certification Program and passing a written test
• Have means of transportation
• May not hold any public elected office or be a candidate for public office, or be the spouse, parent, or child of the candidate
• Must be a registered voter and live in Wayne County
• Must be able to clearly speak, read, and write the English language
