MANAGING CAREGIVER STRESS
Caregiving for a family or friend can be stressful— physically, emotionally and financially. Join a workshop for caregivers of adults with chronic conditions to learn about self-care strategies and techniques to increase relaxation and reduce stress. Manage the daily stresses you face as a caregiver.
Consider staying after the workshop for lunch! Registrations for lunch need to made by calling the manager at the site you will be attending prior to noon the day before (Friday if a Monday class). Meals are a suggested voluntary contribution of $3 for 60 years of age or older. Under 60 years pay full cost of $8.08.
